We, the congregation of Friendship Agape, are the church. As evangelical Christians, we are affiliated with the
Christian Reformed Church denomination. Based in San Jose, California, we serve our local community
with English and Mandarin Chinese programs for individuals, couples and families.
Our vision is to be a Chinese-American church in Silicon Valley who are obedient people of God, faithful disciples of Jesus Christ, a caring body of Christ and genuine friends to all.
We believe that Bible is God’s written revelation to man. The sixty-six books of the Bible are the inspired Word of God. The Bible is inerrant in the original documents and the only infallible rule for faith and life.
There is only one living and true God. He is infinite, all-knowing, perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19).
Man was originally created by God in His image and likeness. All men, except Jesus Christ, are sinners.
By the grace of God, through the blood of Jesus Christ, God declares righteous those who through faith in Christ,
repent of their sins and confess He is the sovereign Lord (Romans 3:9-18, 10:9-13; Acts 2:38).

Friendship Agape Church is blessed with a Steering Committee (STC) that humbly serves and teaches the Word of God.
Our ministry team also includes speakers, staff and
missionaries.
